Can Fonoll

Can Fonoll is a house in a small villlage, Búger, in the heart of Mallorca.

The house proposes three double rooms, of which one with the possibility of an additional bed. Two rooms have 150 cm x 200 cm bed, and the third one a 140cm x 190cm bed. They have each their bathroom with shower or bathtub, washbasin and toilet, reversible air conditioning and television.

The old house has been recently restored to adapt it to the norms of today. There are however numerous original elements (staircase of the entrance, the beams and certain walls) and as you can see on the photos we try to restore it keeping it charm.

The kitchen, full equiped and functional, is in continuation of the dining room. It gives onto a very bright terrace, provided with one table of garden and chairs, and is protected by a retractable pergola. A small garden with some armchairs, a hammock and a barbecue is also accessible.

Besides, the house also has a lounge, with sofa and armchairs, ideal to relax, read, play games), etc....

Finally, there is a laundry in the basement with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer, and more toilets.

The house is situated in the center of Búger, charming village whoever well young has all the conveniences: supermarket, bakery, bars, swimming pool with snack bar, post office, etc.... Every saturday in the morning there is a market where you can find fruits and vegetables, as well as local delicatessen.

Choosing Ca'n Fonoll means you are looking for charm, tranquility and authenticity, as well as the simplicity of the inhabitants of Búger, all this in the heart of Mallorca and at the same time near the sea and the mountain.

Why Can Fonoll ?

"Can Fonoll" means "fennel house", a name given a long time ago because there must have been a lot of wild fennel in the garden.

Búger is a small village in the center of Mallorca and on a hill 12 km from the sea and 3 from the mountain.
