Cleaning costs : 50€ to be added to the total  /  Supplement for extra person : 15€ per day.

Possibility of discounts on long stays  / Baby beds and chairs, bathtub and cutlery can be provided free of charge.

Prices include water and electricity: water is a precious commodity, especially in Mallorca. I will ask you to save it as much as possible. Moreover the rooms are air-conditioned, and the electricity is expensive and its consomation in constant increase on the island. I would recommend you to be vigilant, knowing that it is not necessary to leave the air conditioning on all day: it only takes 10 minutes to refresh a room.
